Our average employee tenure is 10 years with 13 employees having over 20 years of service and we have had several multigenerational families serve the company over the years.

Annual Employee Awards
We have several employee nominated award programs to honor our teammates for their stellar work. This includes the monthly High Five Award as well as The Bridge Builder, Excellence in Service & Man of Steel annual awards.
Years of Service Recognition
Each year employee anniversaries are honored (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 years) Employees receive a plaque, gifts and extra PTO based on the number of years of service.
Annual Celebrations
We focus on family and community here at SSI by having annual parties and tournaments for our employees and their families.
